TMS acknowledge successful sale of ITC Security

London-based cyber security specialists, ITC, have been acquired by C5 Capital for an incredible £24m. TMS have worked closely with ITC since 2012 with a primary objective of revenue and sales growth. Having achieved excellent business transformation results, TMS were tasked with providing pre-deal due diligence to ensure ITC were market ready - the results obviously speak for themselves!
